Maddy’s POV #1
This is the first episode of the brand new mini-series: Maddy’s POV! In this episode, MM shares about her early career aspirations, college life and her decision to quit grad school.

Maddy’s note: “A friend of a friend is a really cool podcast producer (you can check out her website here) and she has graciously given up some of her time to meet with me via zoom and give me advice on my podcast. One of the things she told me was to consider doing some solo episodes to gain experience and confidence behind the mic. My immediate response was “absolutely not” because I had no idea what I would even talk about or who the heck would want to listen to just me. Yet, as I thought about it more, I realized that maybe there was something I could add to my podcast as a whole, which would be bringing people along as I figure out my own life. I mean, I quit grad school half way through the program, was unemployed for a month and have had over 12 different jobs in my life (and I’m only 24)… so I’ve been through it and have a lot more to come. So why not make a little voice diary of how my life plays out? Could be kinda fun. So here’s the first episode!!”
